✔ Managing a team of 4-6 agents working in shifts:
✔ Monitoring their performance
✔ Monitoring their productivity
✔ Maintaining the flow of support tickets from report to solution
✔ Work with multiple departments to ensure a smooth solution of issues
✔ Previous experience with managing T1/T2 support departments.
✔ Previous experience with troubleshooting problems on mobile (Android, iOS) + web (Windows, Mac) environments.
✔ Familiar with financial markets on a basic-intermediate level.
✔ Previous experience with Zendesk and Jira. * Advantage
✔ Personal features: Fast learner, result-driven, detail-oriented, communication skills, advanced English.
