Managing a team of 4-6 agents working in shifts:
Monitoring their performance
Monitoring their productivity
Maintaining the flow of support tickets from report to solution
Work with multiple departments to ensure a smooth solution of issues

Previous experience with managing T1/T2 support departments.
Previous experience with troubleshooting problems on mobile (Android, iOS) + web (Windows, Mac) environments.
Familiar with financial markets on a basic-intermediate level.
Previous experience with Zendesk and Jira. * Advantage
Personal features: Fast learner, result-driven, detail-oriented, communication skills, advanced English.
