✔ 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
✔ Deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing,
networking, competencies-based interviewing, personnel assessments and closing.
✔ Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and
'hard to fill' roles.
✔ Experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
✔ Ability to dive into the details with meticulous organization and prioritization skills.
✔ Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience.
✔ Exceptional communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on
delivering business results.
✔ Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between
candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
✔ Fluent English is a must.
