The Recruiter will directly impact the quality of candidates we hire by developing and implementing innovative research and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of candidates for a wide range of job opportunities within the our company.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and establish search strategy.
✔ Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and
promote the company brand to candidates.
✔ Focus on introducing a pipeline to managers that puts emphasis on diversity.
✔ Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to Hiring Managers on all
roles/projects supported.
✔ Source and engage both active and passive candidates.
✔ Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. Network with technology talent at tech meetups, conferences, career fairs.

✔ Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact
through offer acceptance.
✔ Conduct in-depth screens to ensure that managers receive qualified candidates.

✔ Act as a recruiting consultant to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Leadership team by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, advising hiring managers on
candidate selection and offer guidance, and providing a unique perspective on market
trends and industry best practices.
✔ Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems.
✔ Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
✔ Identify new ways to build awareness of our company in new hiring markets.

✔ Partner and maintain positive relationships with the hiring team, recruiting team
members, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all "customers" throughout the
recruiting process.
✔ 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
✔ Deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing,
networking, competencies-based interviewing, personnel assessments and closing.
✔ Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and
'hard to fill' roles.
✔ Experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
✔ Ability to dive into the details with meticulous organization and prioritization skills.
✔ Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience.
✔ Exceptional communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on
delivering business results.
✔ Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between
candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
✔ Fluent English is a must.
