Requirements
3+ years of experience as an HR generalist
Experience in a startup working environment is a big plus
Proven experience with staffing, sourcing and recruitment
Proven experience in mentoring, consulting and supporting managers and leads
Proven experience with performance management
Good understanding of the labor roles and legal contracts
High level of English (C1) or better
Ability to work under pressure and under a budget
Excellent social and communications skills
Care for the employees and have a good sense of empathy


Responsibilities

Staffing
:

You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process beginning with choosing the sourcing strategy, interviewing, reference qualification, offers and onboarding process
You'll support and assist the different stakeholders in defining the job R&R, sourcing for the right candidate, screening candidates CV(s), conduct interviews, and decide on the candidate's fit to the company culture
You'll be Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, opportunities, etc.
You'll be responsible to build and grow Clients company brand name to help in recruitment in the local UA market (for HR proposes)
Terminating contracts when necessary
Writing employee contracts and negotiating salary and benefits and maintaining all related employee records and documents at all times

Employee Wellness and Labor Relations:
You'll be responsible for communicating and explaining human resources and company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Conduct regular check ins with employees
Represent the company and / or employees both internally and externally

Development:
You'll actively help mentor, educate and support our leads and managers and provide an HR strategy to support the company business goals
You'll help and consult employees with conflict resolutions and effective communications
Providing training opportunities (internal training, educational programs, conferences, etc.) to keep employees up to date in their respective fields
Responsible for building a long term retention and training program including leads, soft skills, professional developments and career development opportunities.

Compensation:
Responsible for the development and analysis of current compensation structure to ensure market equity
Manage and monitor the employee performance review process
Discussing raises and other compensation increases

Office affairs:
Actively cultivating the office culture
Responsible for corporate affairs and activities such as, planning team-building, corporate events and parties, office meet ups, and other team activities
Responsible for the HR and office budget, planning and tracking
You'll be reporting to the COO
